What will happen at the workshop?
The first 40 minutes is spent learning the technique and the remainder is
used for discussion, demonstration and questions.
I respond to the needs of the group - and there is no pressure to disclose
any personal issues. There is no need to re-live difficult emotions, though
occasionally tears are released.
I have been both inspired and honoured at the depth of healing work that has
been achieved at the last two workshops. Participants at previous workshops this year have reported increased connection with themselves, relaxation, relief from
pain and real progress on practical issues.

What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
It's not hypnotherapy, nor acupuncture, but still a surprisingly effective and powerful tool for releasing emotional blocks that are held in your body. Using just your fingertips tapping on specific acupressure points, it clears disruptions on in the body's energy system. It also utilises well-established psychological techniques and quickly leads the body and psyche to give up old patterns and bring the new!
Many clients notice the improvements in minutes; others need to continue
using the technique at home or with a practitioner.
Who is Liz Dunphy?
I am passionately committed to the use of EFT for healing work and
supporting clients to have the best possible healing and growth experience.
I am qualified at AMET Level 3 and continually study to maintain my
professional development in the area. I have a Psychology degree, a Masters in Adult Training and Development. I am a Post-Graduate qualified Business & Executive Coach. I am also Professional Development academic tutor for the MBA at the University of Bradford.
