Fertility and Pregnancy

Zoe offers homeopathic treatment to help improve fertility using constitutional prescribing attuned to your hormonal cycle.  Zoe has a wealth of experience in the successful treatment of conditions that may limit fertility, such as ovarian cysts, endometriosis and dysmenorrhea.

Zoe accompanies her clients through every stage of pregnancy. She offers homeopathic  treatments for pregnancy symptoms such as nausea and vomiting and also for illnesses that occur during pregnancy, from migraines to cystitis, all without side effects for the mother or child. To help during the birth, telephone liason with the midwife ensures that you are getting the best homeopathic support at those crucial moments

 

Zoe Holden

Zoe Holden was born and raised in the North of England. She graduated from Liverpool University with a degree in Architecture and worked in the field of Urban Regeneration and Sustainable Development. After learning about the benefits of Homeopathy she decided to change careers and make Homeopathy her life’s work.

Zoe began studying classical homeopathy in England in 1999 then enrolled at the North West College of Classical Homeopathy in Manchester in 2000. She began practising in the UK in 2003, initially as a student practitioner and then as a qualified homeopath. Her emphasis is on treating the individual: understanding how the person lives, sleeps, nourishes themselves and how they relate to the world around them. She looks to understand their changes – their illness- and the context in which they occur.

Zoe moved to Barcelona in 2005 where she has set up and steadily built her own practice. Zoe treats a complete range of patients: babies, children, teens, pregnant women, parents and other adults; in English and Spanish.  Zoe is a member of the Asociación Profesional de Kinesiología y Terapias Naturales de España and of TENACAT, Federación de Asociaciones de Profesionales de Terapias Naturales de Catalunya.
